Vestdata - data availability issues, 4 September 2013

For clients receiving our managed funds data

Due to network connection issues, all managed funds data delivery has been delayed. We are working with our supplier to fix the issue, and will make the data available as soon as possible.

Clients not receiving managed funds data are not affected.

Vestdata apologises for this delay.

Issue affecting all clients

Due to network issues yesterday, all data delivery was delayed. Our before midnight clients should have received their data at approx. midnight, after midnight clients early this morning.

Vestdata - Server upgrade, 27 March 2013

Vestdata is pleased to announce a major upgrade to our server hardware, in order to provide continued high quality service for our clients.

This upgrade will be taking place between 27th March and 30th March, and should not cause any major disruption to our service. Some Internet Downloader users may experience a temporary outage, which will result in connection failures. If you experience this, please wait and try again in a few minutes.

Also, some Internet Downloader users may receive some data files more than once when the domain switches over. This should only happen for the first download after the switch, and should not affect subsequent downloads. This is being done to ensure no data gets missed.

This change will not affect Accipio users who download data files from www.vestdata.com.
